Yes — you can upgrade or downgrade at any time from the Stripe billing portal inside your dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately (you're charged only the prorated difference). Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
You keep full access until the end of your paid billing period. After that your account reverts to the Free tier — your newsletters continue running but are capped at the Free tier limit (2 active). No data is deleted.
Annual billing saves you approximately 17% compared to paying monthly — that's about 2 months free per year. You're billed once a year and can still cancel; you'll receive a prorated refund for unused months.
Your prompt is the instruction you give the AI — it describes what topic, tone, and level of detail you want in each newsletter. A longer prompt allows more nuanced instructions (e.g. specific suburbs, stock tickers, language preferences). Higher-tier plans unlock longer prompts to give you more control over your digest.
